I don't know what you really mean but I think you mean as far as cleaning.
In the shower when it's wet try shifting the ring thru your nipples. After the shower do the saline wash on each nipple for about 10 minutes switching out the cloth and rinsing your nipples and spinning the nipple ring. After a few weeks you'll notice that they will not hurt when you move the ring anymore.

How long did your nipple piercings take to heal because mine are taking forever lol
It took just under a year for them to fully heal. Lots of saline water some patience and not letting anyone touch or lick them. You have to make sure to twist the ring and slide it left and right or up and down depending which way the ring goes.
Key thing is patience and saline. They will heal just don't switch out the ring until after that first year. It's a long time I know
